Why we exist
The shift from outputs to outcomes is simple to say and hard to live. It takes continuous customer contact, a clear view of the opportunity space, and the discipline to test assumptions before betting on them. Teams were doing this in generic whiteboards that don't understand the framework — so the tree became something to maintain by hand instead of a tool that helped. We started Outcomify to give that practice a real home.
