RICE scoring
RICE scoring ranks ideas by Reach (people affected per period) × Impact (3 massive to 0.25 minimal) × Confidence (100%, 80% or 50%) ÷ Effort (person-months). It makes the reasoning behind a priority visible, but impact and confidence are estimates, and it ranks solutions rather than problems, so check each idea serves a real customer need first.
