Draft a survey from an opportunity

When an opportunity on your tree has thin evidence, its evidence section offers Ask your customers. Canopy reads the opportunity, its outcome, its evidence, the open assumptions under its solutions, and related needs heard elsewhere, names what you don’t know yet, and drafts up to seven questions that would find out, at most two of them open. The draft opens in the editor.

The editor shows what each question is for, and what Canopy found you don’t know. Your customers never see these notes. Change anything before you send it: nothing goes out until you press send.

When answers come in, each need the survey heard can be cited on that opportunity, as support or against it.
