Privacy, unsubscribes and limits

How addresses are kept, how people stop your surveys, erasing a person, and what a workspace can send.

Email addresses

Addresses and names in your customer list are stored encrypted. Your team sees names and segments, never a full address: the People step and Responses show only the first letter and the domain of each address, such as s•••@acme.com. The export never includes one.

Unsubscribes

Every survey email has an unsubscribe link, which opens a page where one press stops your surveys. Someone who unsubscribes gets no more surveys from your workspace: they are left out of every later list you add them to, shown as skipped.

Erase a person

If someone asks you to delete what they told you, an owner or admin opens Responses and presses Erase beside them. Their answers to all your workspace’s surveys, and the evidence made from them, are removed for good, along with the survey emails that held their address, and Outcomify forgets the address. A one-way fingerprint of it stays, so if they are on a list you add later they are skipped, and never surveyed again.

For someone who came by the open link there is no address: Erase removes their answers and the evidence they became.

What Canopy reads

Canopy, Outcomify’s AI, reads open answers to find the needs in them, the same way it reads your interviews and feedback.

Limits

Free
Surveys out at once 3
People per survey 250
People through an open link 500 per survey
Emails a month, invitations and reminders together 1,000
Reminders 1 per survey
Questions 12, of which up to 3 open
Length of an open answer 2,000 characters

The survey page and the email carry a small “Powered by Outcomify” or “Sent with Outcomify” link. Canopy’s reading of open answers, its reviews and its drafts share your workspace’s monthly AI allowance: past it, Canopy can’t review or draft surveys until the next month, and new answers wait to be read.

Still stuck? Email info@outcomify.com and a person will answer.
